This will be the third collaboration between Sinha's production house Banaras Media Works and Bhushan Kumar's T-Series, following the success of "Thappad" starring Taapsee Pannu and the recently released "Anek" featuring Ayushmann Khurana in the lead role. The film was shot in Lucknow in November last year.

Anubhav Sinha, the acclaimed moviemaker, is all set to release his socio-political drama film "Bheed" on November 18. The movie stars Rajkummar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar in lead roles and is jointly financed by Sinha's Banaras Media Works and Bhushan Kumar's T-Series. This is the third collaboration between the two production houses, following the success of "Thappad" in 2020 and the upcoming release "Anek" on May 27.
